Warranties & Returns

GPI Pro Systems guarantees that the materials and workmanship in every product we make will stand up to the use for which it was designed. This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, accidents, or natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use. All products should be returned to us for evaluation and will be replaced at our discretion. Damages due to accident, improper use, or improper care will be repaired at a reasonable rate.

PRO Warranty Information

GPI Pro Systems will accept returns if done within 30 of the date of sale. There will be a 25% restocking fee for all returns. If GPI determines that the equipment has been used or damaged, GPI will NOT refund any monies. You must contact GPI Pro Systems to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number or your return will not

be accepted.
